There are many different requirements that your IT environment has to fulfill in order to run AMADEUS Selling Platform properly.
In this part of the website you will find all the necessary information about the network configuration, the necessary hardware requirements and how you can easily check your environment.
AMADEUS does not deliver MSI (Microsoft System Installation) packages.
For installation we will use the AMADEUS Automatic Update system that will install and update / remove Selling Platform automatically.
Each workstation has to be installed manually with a CID (AMADEUS Certificate Identifier). The first installation must be done with “Power User” or “Administrator” rights. Please note that Automatic Update is installed as a Microsoft service.
Please note that Amadeus Product installation (especially the CID/Certificate registration) must not be made using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol / Terminal Services). Otherwise the CID will be registered in the current user registry and not in the local machine registry.
